If an issue with your order arises due to an error on our part(missing, defective, damaged), we sincerely apologize and are committed to resolving it promptly. To file a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos. For packages lost in transit, submit a claim within 3 weeks. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution. Upon review, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make things right.

Invalid address: To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors beyond our control. Please verify all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. Unclaimed items are returned to the facility and you will be liable for restocking fees.
